Core Logic Consulting is looking for a dynamic
Office Assistant!
Responsible for all daily office operations, including order taking,
answering phones and scheduling client appointments, entering orders
into computer order system, producing invoices and service logs,
processing credits and bank deposits, filing and maintaining office
supply levels. The successful candidate will also have an
opportunity to learn purchasing for inventory and non-inventory
materials needed as well.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining a
calm and professional demeanor. Superior customer service skills a must, including a
pleasant phone personality and professionalism.
Data entry experience would be a plus. College degree is not
required, but you must at least have some college credits, preferably
toward a business administration, accounting, or a marketing degree. Current
students welcome!
Part Time hourly position (20 hours four or five days a week).
At least two references are required, and a background
check will be made to very employment history and educational
background, as per company policy.
